Ready, Set, Grow! is aimed in engaging students enrolled in the City of Miami Child Learning Centers to the outdoors. A garden at each center will provide a hands-on learning experience introducing children to a source of nutrition, a wildlife habitat, and a space for scientific observations and experiments. The gardens will compose of fruits, vegetables, pollinators, and native plants preparing young learners to actively participate in science and environmental education.
