Tequila connoisseur and bar-top-dancing owner Rocco Mangel, is throwing three huge Cinco de Mayo block party celebrations in South Florida. Each party will have amazing drink specials along with several surprises including live entertainment, mariachi bands, DJs, prize giveaways and free tequila pourings.
