With this latest round of funding, Chip City’s total investment from EHI now stands at an impressive $17.5 million. The infusion of capital will fuel the company’s growth strategy, supporting the opening of new brick-and-mortar locations across the United States and further solidifying its presence within the competitive cookie industry.
Established in Astoria, Queens in July 2017 as a friendly challenge between childhood friends Peter Phillips and Teddy Gailas, Chip City has rapidly evolved into a beloved brand known for its nostalgic and innovative cookie creations.
