The Children’s Diagnostic & Treatment Center (CDTC) hosted a special ceremony to mark the 100th anniversary of International Women’s Day on March 8, 2011 at the Center.  International Women’s Day has become a global day of celebrating the economic, political and social achievements of women past, present and future.  As part of these worldwide celebrations, CDTC held an intimate reception to recognize and honor inspirational women who have made a difference in the lives of the children and families of the Center, as well as in the Broward County community.

  • Karin Martinez of Capture the Moment Studios was honored by the Comprehensive Family AIDS Program (CFAP) for her dedication and commitment to capturing the essence of the Center through her photographs of children.  CFAP provides medical and social services to infants, children, youth, women and families infected and affected by HIV/AIDS.
