Chef José Mendín, corporate chef for Mercadito Restaurants, will provide a live cooking demonstration featuring pork recipes with a Hispanic flair. Shoppers will also have the opportunity to sample a variety of Hispanic wines including Faustino VII and Condesa Crianza from Spain, Callia Malbec-Torrontes and Portillo Malbec-Sauvignon Blanc from Argentina and Mont Gras Carmenere from Chile.
