The Miami Beach EDITION will once again take part in the annual South Beach Wine & Food Festival. On deck this year are popular events including Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s signature brunch at MATADOR ROOM and MARKET at EDITION’s annual Ping Pong & Pizzas. This year the hotel will also host the first ever The Art of Punch Room event, in partnership with The Tampa EDITION.
For the first time ever, The Miami Beach EDITION will be collaborating with The Tampa EDITION, for The Art of Punch Room, an exclusive one-night-only pop-up of the sophisticated, speakeasy – inspired cocktail bar. As the first Punch Room in America, the beloved concept brings forth a menu dedicated to flavors and spirits of The Caribbean and Gulf of Mexico. This multi-sensory journey led by Punch Room Director at The Tampa EDITION, Tural Hasanov, will take you on a discovery of innovative craft cocktails, avant- garde technique and refined presentations as you build your own punch. Guests can enjoy delectable hors d’oeuvre pairings from The Miami Beach EDITION’s Executive Chef Amol Agarwal.
Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten will be back to host the seventh annual Ping Pong & Pizzas event at MARKET at EDITION. Guests will enjoy special wood fired pizzas, such as Black Truffle, Spicy Chorizo and Fresh Mozzarella & Basil, in addition to other signature MARKET items. Select desserts, such as MARKET’s famous carrot cake with dulce de leche Rice Krispies on top, will also be on display at the late-night party. Specialty cocktails will flow throughout the evening while guests will have the opportunity to challenge Jean-Georges and some of his famous chef friends at a classic game of Ping Pong, before heading to Basement Bowl & Skate for the official after party.
