Now in the 4th year, Cello Lab Miami, coordinated by NWSA music faculty Dr. Bryan Hayslett, welcomes cellists to spend a day at New World School of the Arts for a weekend of masterclasses, presentations, cello ensembles, and a concert. In addition to working with the faculty and hearing them in the concert, everyone will play together in a large cello ensemble. “Access to high-quality artists, exposure to Latin American repertoire, opportunity for focused and intense rehearsals, and performance opportunities offers a top-quality educational experience for focused learning,” said Dr. Hayslett. “It is an honor and a pleasure to have had so many incredible cellists as part of our artist faculty. Our participants can interact closely with world-class cellists at every event.”
