Celebrity guests and notable collectors gathered at Art Wynwood, the premier fair of the winter season, to acquire multi-figure works for pleasure and charity.
Chairman and majority owner of the Related Companies and Miami Dolphins owner Stephen Ross and his wife, designer Kara Ross, visited with “Shark Tank’s” Kevin O’Leary at his debut photography exhibition titled, Irreconcilable Images. The display benefited young entrepreneurs as well as the Perry J. Cohen Foundation, which was started by Art Wynwood founder Nick Korniloff and wife Pamela Cohen.
Also, the Rosses and Janet Goldman were seen speaking with lifetime visual artist Bernie Taupin, whose marquee fair work Sleeping Beauty sold within the first 30 minutes of Art Wynwood’s VIP preview. The gallery that showcased Sleeping Beauty, Waterhouse & Dodd, placed a second work by Taupin called “Scroll” to major Palm Beach collectors Andrew and Stacey Kroll.
