Celebrities suit up for Swim Week at the Muscle Milk Fitness Retreat

Thursday kicked off Miami swim week as designers, models and the fashionistas of South Beach prepared for a barrage of bikinis to flood the runways throughout the weekend. But it was the Muscle Milk Fitness Retreat at Miami staple, Nikki Beach, that got Miami’s finest in swim suit shape before the shows commenced. Brand new recording artist (and featured artist on Pitbull’s record label Mr. 305 Inc.), Vein, showed up to take fitness expert, Jennifer Cohen’s No Gym Required workout in preparation for his nationwide tour with Pitbull and Enrique Iglesias. The up-and-coming artist was out of breath after his workout but full of excitement about his new single Took My Love featuring the “dale” singer himself and LMFAO.

Singer and bi-lingual beauty, Ana Isabelle, attended the Muscle Milk Fitness Retreat and took the Spa Luxury Group’s Dance Yoga class (this summer’s hottest new fitness sensation) where guests mixed traditional Yoga stretches with modern dance movement while DJ Irie turned up the beats spinning live getting guests pumped up for the rest of swim week’s festivities. The Miami Heat resident DJ sported his favorite Muscle Milk branded Beats by Dre headphones and chatted with Vein about his summer plans to travel to Europe and DJ around the world. MTV Real World Vet, CJ Koegel finished off the retreat with a one-on-one session with Jennifer Cohen using exercise bands, light weights and his own body weight as he followed Jennifer’s every move. After their workouts, guests refueled with Muscle Milk Light Chocolate and Café Latte flavors and picked up a gift bag on the way out which included Everlast boxing gloves, Spa packages from the Spa Luxury Group and L Space bikinis to show off their fit figures in.
