Celebrating Julia Child’s 100th Birthday – 9/15/12

“Celebrating Julia at 100” will take place at Miami Dade College’s Wolfson campus, Miami Culinary Institute (MCI) and the historic Freedom Tower.

The day’s festivities will begin at 10:30 am, including three consecutive seminars, Julia’s Birthday Bash Cocktail Party at 5:00 pm, and crowning the day’s events, an intimate dinner party at Tuyo Restaurant (atop the MCI building) at 7:30 pm.

Net proceeds benefit Les Dames d’Escoffier Legacy Awards.
