CELEBRATE THE HOLIDAYS IN STYLE AT NOVOTEL MIAMI BRICKELL

Featuring Special Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve Menus, and a Glamorous Gatsby Themed New Year’s Eve Party at Vista Rooftop

WHAT: Celebrate the magic of the festive season in the heart of downtown Miami at Novotel Miami Brickell. The stylish boutique hotel will be offering a three-course Christmas Eve Prix Fixe menu featuring dishes such as Mushroom Soup with Truffle Sabayon, Roasted Beets Salad, Pan Seared Snapper, Heritage Pork Chop, Braised Short Ribs, and decadent desserts including Chocolate Mousse and Flourless Chocolate Cake.

 

To celebrate New Years, guests can enjoy a NYE dinner at UVA Restaurant & Bar and a glamorous Gatsby-themed party at Vista Rooftop. The three-course dinner menu will feature items such as a Burrata Salad, Forest Mushrooms, Charred Octopus, Seared Tuna Rossini, a 12oz US Prime New York Strip Steak, and a choice of either the Chocolate Hazelnut Tart or Chocolate Layered Cake.

 

The rooftop party will bring 1920s glitz and glamour amidst stunning views of Biscayne Bay and Brickell’s skyscrapers. Guests are encouraged to dress in Gatsby-inspired attire and can enjoy an open bar, light bites, champagne toast, vibrant music and a DJ all night, and fun themed party favors.

  • Christmas Eve Prix Fixe Dinner – December 24th at UVA Restaurant & Bar, priced at $65.00 per person

  • New Year’s Eve Prix Fixe Dinner – December 31st at UVA Restaurant & Bar, priced at $85.00 per person

  • New Year’s Eve Party is at Vista Rooftop on the 12th Floor – 9:00 PM on December 31st;  tickets start at $125 for open bar and light bites; dress code is Opulent 1920s Gatsby glamour
