Celebrate at Hakkasan at Fontainebleau Miami Beach with eight days of menu specials culminating on February 14, 2010, with a night of entertainment and auspicious traditions to help ward off evil spirits and bring happiness, wealth and longevity in the New Year. The highlight of the evening will be a colorful, thrilling lion dance, performed by local Kung Fu experts, in the traditional style with jumps and quick, acrobatic maneuvers accompanied by drum, gong and cymbal players.
