- Detox Your Diet – 50 min: Explore Canyon Ranch clean-eating guidelines, emphasizing minimally processed, organic, local and sustainable ingredients. Learn to minimize your exposure to unhealthy chemicals in food and maximize your body’s detoxification processes to provide the best protection for you and your family.

· Aromatherapy Massage – 50 min – Enjoy an all-natural, sense-seducing escape from the everyday world. Clinical research has shown that fragrant essential oils of biochemically active plants have effects on the body and mind that are both subtle and profound. Experience the potent natural magic of pure botanical essences, combined with caring, therapeutic touch.
· Marine Facial – 50 min – This signature marine therapy facial uses the finest seawater and marine extracts sourced from oceans around the world. Each facial includes a thorough skin analysis followed by cleansing, exfoliation and extractions. Next, a beautiful massage of the hands, neck and décolleté, combined with a customized treatment mask, will leave you in a deep state of serenity.
· Mayaimi Tropical Hands & Feet Treat – 80 min – Your Miami-inspired treat for the hands and feet using home-grown ingredients begins with a Key-lime sugar scrub, followed by a nourishing coconut-milk bath and ends with a relaxing massage with luxuriously rich and conditioning virgin coconut oil and honey.
· Custom Blend Hair & Scalp Treatment – 80 min – Restore natural balance to your hair and scalp with this treatment, which cleans and soothes the scalp, while restoring moisture and vitality to the hair shaft for more manageable styling, ultimate shine, and healthy, beautiful hair.
