A pinnacle in pasta history, Thursday, March 20th is National Ravioli Day and Café Prima
Pasta is celebrating with free Fiocchi Rapera bites for every patron.
Upon arrival, guests will receive a complimentary Bellini made with fresh peach puree and authentic Italian champagne followed by an individual Fiocchi Rapera, a homemade pasta purse stuffed with Asian pear and an array of gourmet cheeses tossed in a truffle sauce with crispy prosciutto.
In addition, dinners can enjoy a wide variety of homemade ravioli on the menu including pasta pockets filled with crabmeat and finished with a creamy lobster sauce ($18.95) and spinach and ricotta ravioli in a rich vodka sauce ($16.95).
