Pullman Miami Airport is celebrating Mother’s Day with a specialty brunch buffet priced at $58 per adult and $25 per child, ages 6 to 12, on Sunday, May 14, 2017, at their signature restaurant, La Riviera. Guests can complement brunch with a glass of La Marca Prosecco for $6 per glass or $30 per bottle from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at their stylish culinary oasis, with magnificent views of lush tropical gardens and the tranquil Blue Lagoon.
The endless brunch will feature breakfast selections, including eggs benedicts, scrambled eggs, freshly baked waffles and pastries, as well as assorted cold cuts. Cold selections will include herb orzo salad, avocado salad with heirloom tomatoes, deviled eggs with crème fraiche and caviar, and beef tenderloin carpaccio with cilantro mojo. The buffet will also feature a raw bar with seafood favorites including Baja California-style corvina ceviche, shrimp and scallop ceviche with avocado, smoked salmon, Mahi Mahi, assorted sushi, cocktail shrimp and crab claws.
Hot selections include oven-roasted chicken roulade with merlot, thyme and Portobello mushrooms, and crispy skin salmon with creamy cauliflower and savory melon salsa. There will also be a gourmet carving station with Iberico pork shoulder, New York strip, assorted artisanal sausages and chimichurri. To top off the brunch buffet, families can enjoy a delicious spread of desserts, which includes chocolate petit fours, eclairs, tarts, tortes, macaroons and chocolate chip cookies.
For an additional $30 per adult and $15 per child, moms and their families can enjoy a bonding DIY Terrarium-Making Class between 12-3 p.m., no green thumb needed. Led bySuccs for You Miami, the guided class will teach guests how to make their own unique terrarium with gorgeous, low-maintenance succulents. At the end of the class, moms will be able to take their trendy terrarium home, a gift to last a lifetime.
