Brunch hosted by Jean-Georges Vongerichten

Acclaimed chef and SOBEWFF® 2008 Tribute Dinner honoree Jean-Georges Vongerichtenhosts a Saturday brunch at his glamorous, historic and reinvented Matador Room at the lavish Edition Hotel, where classic cuisine gets a modern twist, upgraded for a new generation. Vongerichten is known for being involved with every element of his restaurants worldwide – from concept to menu to architectural design to staff, he remains attentive to each and every detail. Working with only the most select ingredients, Vongerichten will create a luxurious menu to pair with wine selections from a refreshing and vibrant portfolio of Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits especially for the Festival brunch.
