Matt Hermer, founder of the London Royals’ favourite nightclub – Boujis – opens BoujisBar, designed in collaboration with Spanish architect designer Patricia Urquiola. Urquiola has designed the space with an eye to Sardinian arts and crafts, referencing the local authentic materials of wood and ropes throughout the bar and the counter is made of simple wood boxes painted in different shades of white and black – giving a deep volumetric geometry to the space. A Sardinian tapestry, designed by Patricia Urquiola, warms the bar with beige, red, brown, and black and B&B Italia chairs, all designed by Patricia Urquiola, complete the interiors.
