On December 3rd, 2014, NYC-based Bonhams Art Auction made their Miami debut atBiscayne Beach’s sales gallery in East Edgewater. On display were 3 collections from the world renowned auction house including: “The Art of Fashion” photography exhibit featuring iconic works of David LaChappelle, Kelly Klein and Miles Aldridge, vintage watches, and fine jewelry from Lauren Bacall’s estate. Rare sculptures by Henry Moore were also sprinkled across the sales gallery, turned pop-up auction house. The condo hosted a private reception on Wednesday evening for realtors, friends and investors at its sales center at Biscayne Boulevard and 30th Street (254 NE 30th Street, Miami, FL 33137) and the public can view the collection through the month of December. Biscayne Beach, a 52-story, 399-unit condo tower and joint venture from Eastview Development and GTIS, is currently going vertical in East Edgewater with units designed by Thom Filicia (former Queer Eye For The Straight Guy star), overlooking Biscayne Bay.
