The evening soirée brought together community leaders and the art world elite. Showcasing select Brazilian works from the private collections of Margulies and Birbragher, the progressive event began with an outdoor cocktail reception, followed by an informal art talk inside the sales center on Brazilian Art’s evolution in the marketplace—which was peppered with personal collecting anecdotes. The occasion also unveiled Bellini’s partnership with Brazilian luxury furnishings company, Artefacto, for the design of its model units, and featured tours of the development.

“In recent years, Brazilian Art has come to the forefront of the art world, attracting attention from collectors around the globe,” said Margulies. “I enjoyed discussing industry trends and collection pieces with such a seasoned collector of Latin American works as Celia, all while showcasing a new masterpiece in the condo market – Bellini Williams Island.”
