Shops at Merrick Park, recognized for its stellar selection of stores, dining venues and lush green spaces, invitespet lovers to its second annual “Bark & Sip” night out on Thursday, November 7, from 6 – 9 p.m. Attendees can find fur-ever friends at the pet adoption expo, snap pictures at the Tito’s Vodka photo booth and browse a showcase of pet-friendly products and services, while indulging in Sawa Restaurant’s great food and Tito’s Vodka cocktails with donations benefiting the Humane Society of Greater Miami.
Friends and neighbors are invited to shop, dine and relax with their dogs at Shops at Merrick Park. A $20 donation provides one complimentary refreshing Tito’s Vodka mixed drink and a delicious tapas and sushi buffet by Sawa Restaurant, plus a doggie dining menu for your dog compliments of Sawa. Other $10 donations can be made for additional drink tickets. All proceeds benefit the Humane Society of Greater Miami. Those who donate can also participate in a pet-themed raffle for prizes such as a luxury dog bed, a weekend of pet sitting, and photography mini-sessions with your special pup.

Lovable pooches will wag their tails during the pet adoption expo and representatives from the Humane Society will be on-site to share pet adoption information and accept donations. Other local businesses, such as Art to Save Lives, City Pooch, Creating New Tails, DogExpressions, EquiPaws, Miami Pet Concierge and PetSmart will be showcasing available pet products and services at the event.
