The evening will feature celebrity entertainer Michael Cerbelli as well as the physician-led band, “Ziffer 6.” Recycled from last year’s event, the band brought down the house with ‘70s and ‘80s rock ‘n’ roll tunes. Other highlights of the evening will include roaming performers, a sit-down dinner, dancing and raffle drawings.

Chairs for the annual fundraiser are Pamela Garrison, R.N., nursing chair, Jack Ziffer, Ph.D., M.D., physician chair, Kirk Landon, philanthropic chair, and Ibrahim Al-Rashid, honorary chair. Proceeds will benefit Baptist Hospital’s Center for Excellence in Nursing, providing support for nursing education and professional development, nurse retention, and quality improvement projects related to patient care. Last year’s sold-out event raised more than $300,000 for Baptist Hospital.

Price for a “Reclaim Table” is $10,000; a “Recycle Table” is $6,000. All tables seat 10 people. Individual tickets are available for $500 each. For more information, please contact Lori Elsbree, Baptist Hospital Foundation, at 786-596-8954, or e-mail Lorie@baptisthealth.net.
