On Wednesday from 4-10PM, Bianca is hosting an all-American Backyard BBQ in Delano‘s lush orchard. Featured dishes include BBQ ribs, clams, half lobsters and oysters. In addition, Bianca will be introducing their new White Truffle Ice Cream topped with shaved seasonal truffles.
Guests can enjoy a live musical performance by the six-piece Joshua Stedman Band on Bianca’s terrace. $75 per person (sparklers not included).
