Inside Nu Stadium's Culinary Program: Michelle Bernstein, Brad Kilgore, and Miami's Best Bites on the Concourse

When Inter Miami CF’s Nu Stadium opened on April 4, 2026, it didn’t just raise the bar for MLS venues — it set a new standard for stadium dining in American soccer. Developed in collaboration with global hospitality leader Delaware North, the 26,700-seat stadium’s food and beverage program is a love letter to Miami’s culinary culture, anchored by two of the city’s most celebrated chefs and a concourse packed with local favorites.

James Beard Award-winning chef Michelle Bernstein leads Mercado MIA, a market-style concession on the main concourse offering grab-and-go items alongside stadium classics. Her menu includes Ham and Cheese Croquettes, Cuban Sandwich Empanadas, and Choriпán with Argentine chorizo on a baguette with chimichurri — dishes that feel unmistakably Miami.

“Miami’s culinary scene is as diverse and vibrant as the city itself, and that’s exactly what we wanted to capture at Nu Stadium. We’ve curated a program that celebrates local talent, delivers an unmatched premium club experience, and uses best-in-class technology to make every interaction faster and more seamless.”

Laurence McMillon, Director of Food & Beverage, Inter Miami CF

The concourse lineup reads like a greatest-hits of South Florida dining: Coyo Taco on the Publix Terrace, Club de la Milanesa (Leo Messi’s favorite) in Section 129, Doggi’s Arepas with two locations, Café Bustelo Bar & Ventanita with Cuban coffee and Caracas Bakery pastries, La Birra Bar near the supporter section, Miami Slice at Sections 105 and 135, and the 185-foot Modelo Especial Bar — the longest stadium bar in MLS.

At the top end, Nu Club — a club-within-a-club nestled above the locker rooms — is led by culinary director Brad Kilgore, with a cocktail program by Harbour Club. The West Club, an all-inclusive experience for approximately 2,000 guests, features a food-festival-style atmosphere with rotating chef residencies and menus curated by Executive Chef Marvi Mapa. The East Club offers a more accessible premium entry point with Coyo Taco, Vice City Pizza, and Miss Crispy Rice.

Technology is woven throughout: Inter Miami CF and Sportservice have deployed autonomous checkout, smart queuing, and real-time inventory systems designed specifically for the intensity of halftime demand in fútbol. The goal is simple — less time in line, more time watching the match. Tickets at intermiamicf.com/tickets.
