LPM Restaurant & Bar Miami Celebrates Negroni Week with Three Specialty Cocktails Supporting Slow Food
Premier Guide Miami ·
This Negroni Week — September 21–27, 2026 — LPM Restaurant & Bar Miami is raising a glass for a good cause. The beloved French-Mediterranean brasserie on Brickell Bay will serve three specialty Negroni variations throughout the week, with every pour supporting Slow Food, the global sustainability movement behind Negroni Week, organized by Campari.
LPM's Negroni Week menu showcases the bar team's creativity across three distinct expressions:
Buttered Mango Negroni — Buttered Mango Botanist Gin, Campari, Antica Formula, Amaretto. A tropical riff on the classic that leans into lush mango richness balanced by Campari's signature bitterness and the sweet vermouth depth of Antica Formula.
Negroni Provençal — HDP Ilegal Joven Mezcal, Suze Aperitif, La Quintinye Blanc, Italicus, Black Lemon Bitters, Saline. A smoky, herbaceous departure from the original, with the floral bergamot of Italicus and the gentian bitterness of Suze lending a distinctly Southern French character.
1796 Americano — Santa Teresa 1796 Rum, Luxardo Bitter Bianco, Rockey's, Cap Corse Bianco, Spiced Apple Cider. A rum-forward Americano riff that swaps the spirit base for Santa Teresa's aged Venezuelan rum, brightened with spiced apple cider and the delicate bitterness of Luxardo Bitter Bianco.
LPM Restaurant & Bar Miami is located at 1300 Brickell Bay Dr, Miami, FL 33131. Reservations are recommended for the week — visit lpmrestaurants.com to book your table and explore the full Negroni Week menu.
