Watches
Forty-six years after the original MDM watch that founded Hublot, the brand has released the Classic Fusion Tributo — a return to the 1980 origin crafted with all the expertise the Manufacture has acquired since its creation. Available in yellow or white gold, the Tributo is not a reinterpretation but a homecoming: the same defining codes of gold case, rubber strap, and black dial, now elevated through 46 years of watchmaking expertise in movements, finishing, materials, and construction.
The original 1980 watch was a radical proposition — the first time a gold case was paired with a rubber strap, turning the luxury watch world upside down. Named for its porthole-shaped bezel with exposed screws, Hublot was born from that single idea. The Classic Fusion Tributo carries the MDM marking on the dial, a direct reference to the original, and represents the full arc of what began as the roots of the Art of Fusion.
The Classic Fusion Tributo is part of Hublot's broader 2026 warranty evolution, which introduced a 5-year basic warranty for eligible timepieces purchased from January 1, 2026, with the possibility of an additional 5-year extension through the Hublotista program, extending coverage up to ten years.
