Brightline Introduces New FLEX Fare Options, Giving Travelers to and From Orlando Greater Flexibility and Choice

Brightline has announced the introduction of new fare options designed to give guests traveling to or from Orlando more flexibility and control over their journeys. The new FLEX fares cater to business travelers, international guests, and anyone whose plans may change after booking — allowing them to cancel for a full refund or modify their trip without a change fee.
Guests can now choose travel in SMART or PREMIUM service coaches across three fare tiers:
FLEX — Brightline's newest fare option allows guests to cancel at any time for a full refund to their original form of payment, or modify their trip prior to departure for only the fare difference. Same-day changes to any other departure on the same date are free. FLEX fares also include one large bag, two carry-on size bags, a personal item, and a complimentary one-way airport transfer between Brightline MiamiCentral and Miami International Airport, or between Fort Lauderdale Station and Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International Airport via Brightline's Airport Connector Shuttle.
SELECT — Offers limited modification options. Cancellations receive 75% credit to the guest's Brightline Wallet. Changes are permitted for a change fee plus any applicable fare difference. Baggage includes two carry-on size bags and a personal item.
SAVER (available in SMART only) — The most economical way to travel with Brightline to or from Orlando. SAVER fares are cancellable but do not retain any credit, and cannot be modified. Baggage is limited to one carry-on size bag and a personal item.
