AIRE Opens September 24 at the Former Boho Address in Edgewater — Miami's Next Nightlife Chapter

Six years of Boho is ending with a countdown — and what's rising from its Edgewater address signals a new direction for Miami nightlife. AIRE, an open-air nightclub and lounge built around deep, rhythmic, soulful house and electronic music, officially opens September 24 at 111 NE 20th Street in Edgewater.

AIRE arrives at the longtime home of Boho Miami, which closes its doors after six years with a run of farewell parties from September 16 through 19. For owner Jorge Moreno and the team behind AIRE, the transition is about giving the address a distinct identity and a renewed vision — not a cosmetic refresh.

"Boho had a great six years, but the bohemian aesthetic became one of the most borrowed looks in hospitality," said Moreno. "When a look becomes that familiar, the honest move is to stop repeating it rather than ride it down. AIRE gives the address room to evolve with a fresh identity while keeping the focus where it belongs: on the music, the energy in the room and the people who continue to show up."

Teaming up with Moreno is Louis Puig, creator of Club Space, alongside Aramis Lorie, Travis Rogers, and John Fortini — a partnership that brings years of expertise across operations, management, bookings, and programming rooted in Miami's nightlife history.

Opening weekend kicks off Thursday, September 24 with a public preview night featuring local talent. Friday, September 25 brings special guest Gab Rhome, followed by legendary DJ Steve Lawler bringing his Pendulum party to AIRE on Saturday, September 26.

Beginning Wednesday, September 30, AIRE operates Wednesdays through Saturdays for guests 21 and older. Wednesdays feature collaborations with groups including Pitch Park and Afrotek. Thursdays are dedicated to AIRE's weekly Ladies' Night — complimentary drinks for ladies until midnight with curated lineups designed to start the weekend early. Fridays and Saturdays welcome rotating groups and established DJs.

The open-air setting and intimate character of the space remain at the heart of AIRE, while a new bar, a repositioned DJ booth, an updated menu, and refreshed aesthetic details establish its own point of view. The shift is an evolution rather than a complete reinvention — preserving the soul of the space while making room for what comes next.
