Artists are invited to submit qualifications for both opportunities, the recommendation process will be simultaneous.  James Corner Field Operations, the firm that designed New York’s celebrated High Line elevated park, has created an overall Masterplan for The Underline which includes biking and pedestrian trails. The Underline will be open to all and serve all with amenities and art that will connect people to place and each other.
