Jorge Perez opened with a presentation of Apogee Beach during an exclusive broker lunch reception, which celebrated the first new construction project since 2008 set to break ground late November. Guests enjoyed bites from Red Koi and Sakaya Kitchen food trucks while sipping on tropical sangrias.
