Immerse yourself in the elegance of French-Riviera inspired cuisine and the finesse of exceptional wines from the renowned Drouhin family for a dinner and wine-tasting menu with the approachable and playful spirit of LPM. Guests can indulge in new dishes such as the COCOTTE DE VEAU À L’ORANGE, Slow Braised Veal Cheeks with Orange Jus and Baby Vegetables, and the RISOTTO AUX LANGOUSTINES, Langoustine Risotto with Mushroom Duxelles and Tarragon, specially crafted by Chef Allan for this dinner and paired with four exceptional wines.
