Don’t miss this: Enjoy an evening of jazz and classical music at one of Miami’s most storied music venues for just $5. For one night only, musicians from the New World Symphony head to The Black Archives Historic Lyric Theater in Overtown for an evening featuring the music of Duke Ellington, Valerie Coleman, Thelonious Monk, Coleridge-Taylor Perkinson and, of course, Mary Lou Williams. South Florida author and educator Darius Daughtry will recite two original poems: Mother Maestro and Crystal Stair.
