III Forks Prime Steakhouse has added a creative new twist on prime rib to its menu—the Southern-inspired, Country Fried Prime Rib. To prepare the dish, USDA Prime Rib is cut, pounded, lightly battered, then flash fried to perfection and served with a house-made peppercorn gravy. ”The meat is extraordinarily tender and very flavorful,” said Dennis Labrador, Proprietor of III Forks in Hallandale.
To kick off this new item, III Forks has launched “All You Can Eat Prime Rib Sundays,” offering guests a choice of the new Country Fried version, or the traditional version. The prime rib special includes whipped potatoes and a III Forks Salad for $38.95 per person.
