aioli Sour Dough Bakery & Cafe invites bread lovers to a series of hands-on sourdough baking classes on June 2 and 3. Led by chef-owner Michael Hackman, the intimate, two-hour workshops guide participants through the full sourdough process—from mixing and folding to shaping and scoring—while also covering how to care for and maintain a starter at home. Guests will enjoy complimentary wine, light bites and freshly baked sourdough enjoyed straight from the oven.
