Acura has announced that the performance brand will make a captivating return to Miami Art Week, enlisting Paris-native and rising multidisciplinary artist Dalkhafine to create a mural as part of SCOPE Art Show’s SCOPE Walls program, taking place on the sands of Miami Beach. Acura is the Exclusive Auto Partner and Official VIP Shuttle Vehicle of SCOPE – the premier showcase and incubator for contemporary art that has provided a platform for the most dynamic emerging galleries and artists from around the world for more than two decades – part of the Acura brand’s longstanding commitment to uplift the creative community.
Living between Paris and Montreal since 2013, the artist Delphine Dussoubs, also known as Dalkhafine, specializes in illustration, animation and art installation, among other methods. Dalkhafine’s latest creation will celebrate her playful, character-driven pop illustrations on the SCOPE Walls, drawing viewers into a dreamlike world through the all-new Acura ADX while inviting contemplation of an infinite perspective. A signature annual program of the SCOPE Art Show, SCOPE Walls features a selection of large-scale graffiti artworks displayed on canvases stretched across giant shipping containers, all curated by Hyland Mather of the STRAAT Museum in Amsterdam.
SCOPE will kick off an inspiring new Acura marketing campaign in celebration of the brand’s all-new premium gateway vehicle, the 2025 Acura ADX, which will be prominently featured at SCOPE 2024. In the coming months Acura will partner with five artists specializing in different mediums to bring the inspiration behind ADX to life, beginning with Dalkhafine at SCOPE Art Show in Miami Beach before the campaign travels to the 2025 Sundance Film Festival where Acura will return as the Official Vehicle for the 15th year, culminating in a powerful new ADX launch campaign in the Spring of 2025.
The 2025 ADX compact SUV will arrive at Acura dealerships across the U.S. early next year expanding the appeal of Acura as a destination brand for the next generation of premium buyers with an engaging driving experience, an upscale, feature-rich interior, top-class cabin and cargo space that supports their active lifestyles.
In addition to the all-new ADX compact SUV, the all-electric Acura ZDX Type S will serve as the Official VIP Shuttle Vehicle of SCOPE. A fleet of Acura ZDX Type S all-electric performance SUVs will transport artists, the creative community, VIPs and SCOPE staff between dynamic SCOPE programs.
“Acura and Dalkhafine share a passion for welcoming younger generations to new experiences in art and mobility and we are excited about how she will merge these worlds to bring our all-new Acura ADX to life on the SCOPE Walls,” said Hundy Liu, Manager, Acura Marketing. “The Acura ADX will make its Miami debut at SCOPE 2024, and we can’t wait for the creative community to get up close and personal with our new premium gateway model.”
