AAG Foundation to Host ‘Big Game’ Party with a Purpose

Charity event will feature numerous professional athletes to benefit Haiti Relief Fund and the families of fallen NFLers Sean Taylor, Marquis Cooper, Corey Smith and Will Bleakley

The AAG Foundation, in association with Foxx Entertainment Group, will host the Florida Athlete’s Ball (The FAB) at Jungle Island in Miami on Thursday, Feb. 4, at 9 p.m. – just days before the Big Game.  The general public is invited to attend this event, hosted by NFL All-Pro & University of Miami Alum Ray Lewis, BET Host MeMpHiTz and more than 50 professional athletes and celebrities expected in attendance, such as actor/rapper Ludacris, entertainer Jamie Foxx and NBA Hall of Famer Julius “Dr. J” Erving. 

Proceeds from the event and silent auction will benefit the families of fallen NFLers Sean Taylor, Marquis Cooper, Corey Smith and Will Bleakley, as well as the Haiti Relief Fund and AAG Foundation.  Those interested in purchasing tickets ($199 prior to Jan. 31; $249 after that date) can either contact the AAG Foundation at (678) 436-5606 or visit www.fabevent.eventbrite.com.

Prior to the event, several AAG Foundation member athletes will be in the Miami community to participate in the I am Not A Hero Foundation’s HERO Military Kids Flag Football Game – in an effort to give back to the U.S. Military, Wounded Warriors and their families.
