Jeffery Chodorow and Morgan Hotel Groups famed restaurant Asia de Cuba is excited to introduce two new prix fixe menus available during dinner and Sunday brunch. Asia de Cuba’s $45 prix fixe dinner provides a unique opportunity to enjoy the multitude of menu options including appetizers, entrees and desserts that are both savory and satisfying. The menu includes palatable plates such as the Calamari Salad ‘Asia de Cuba,’ Miso Cured Alaskan Black Cod and Chad Sui Beef Short Ribs. For dessert guests can choose between the aptly named Coconut Invasion and Cuban Opera. Valet is also discounted to $10 with validation.
In addition to the dinner menu, guests can also experience the restaurant’s revamped brunch menu for only $28/person. The buffet-style brunch will feature a selection of Asia de Cuba’s signature dishes along with several chef’s selections including Ropa Vieja “Vaca Frita Style”, Spanish Style Breakfast Tortillas, and a variety of chilled salads and Asian crudités. For an additional $25 guests can indulge in an all-you-can-drink Mimosas option. Valet is also discounted to $5 with validation from Asia de Cuba from 12pm-3pm. All brunch guests are invited to stay and join partygoers after brunch for the property’s famous pool party, Mondrian Sundays.
