Miami Spice: Maison Ostrow’s French Take on the Beloved Dining Program

As Miami Spice returns for its 25th anniversary from August 1 through September 30, here is Chef Olivia Ostrow’s refined take on French cuisine at Maison Ostrow, where guests can enjoy a three-course dinner for $65.

Paris-born Chef Olivia Ostrow, who previously cooked for former French President Jacques Chirac, brings classic French techniques and seasonal ingredients to her Miami restaurant, offering a menu that is both elevated and approachable.

Maison Ostrow’s inaugural Miami Spice dinner menu begins with a choice of Zucchini Carpaccio, Beet Carpaccio, or a Lamb & Endive Tart, each paired with the restaurant’s house-baked baguette and signature whipped butters. Entrées include Lamb Ragù Cavatelli, Trout Meunière, and Maison Ostrow’s signature Wagyu Burger with Truffle Fries, followed by a choice of Lemon Mousse or Chocolate Mousse for dessert.
