aioli Sour Dough Bakery & Cafe invites bread lovers behind the scenes with a series of hands-on sourdough baking classes on February 10, 17, 18, 24 and 25. Led by chef-owner Michael Hackman, the intimate, two-hour workshops guide participants through the full sourdough process—from mixing and folding to shaping and scoring—while also covering how to care for and maintain a starter at home. Guests will enjoy complimentary wine, light bites and freshly baked sourdough enjoyed straight from the oven. Plus, they’ll leave with a portion of aioli’s own naturally fermented “mother,” nurtured for more than a decade. The February classes offer a rare opportunity to experience the craft behind one of Palm Beach’s most beloved bakeries in a relaxed, educational setting.
