PINCHO Debuts Noche Buena Bowl Inspired by Miami’s Cuban Holiday Tradition

PINCHO is honoring one of Miami’s most beloved cultural traditions with a new limited-time dish: the Noche Buena Bowl, available Dec. 8-Jan. 4.

The Noche Buena Bowl pays tribute to the classic Cuban Christmas Eve feast — typically centered around roast pork, rice and black beans, garlicky yuca and plantains shared with family at midnight. PINCHO’s $12 version brings those flavors together in a modern bowl format featuring white rice, black beans, fried yuca croutons, pulled pork, mojo-grilled onions and a lime aioli drizzle.

It’s a flavorful, accessible way to celebrate a tradition that so many families hold close — and a meaningful seasonal LTO that reflects PINCHO’s commitment to highlighting the city’s Latin roots.
