Tuesday, December 2 All Day: Paws & Palettes with Danny O at Hotel Continental
Hotel Continental and artist Danny O’Connor present Paws & Palettes, an immersive and interactive celebration where creativity goes off-leash. Guests are encouraged to bring photos of their pets for O’Connor to “re-paw-duce” and sketch on special Hotel Continental stationery. O’Connor, the creative force behind Danny O Studio, is known for his large-scale, cartoon-inspired canvases that pay tribute to the golden era of American leisure—a playful mix of nostalgia, pop culture and sun-soaked escapism. Four of his works are already displayed in Hotel Continental’s common areas. Attendees are invited to unwind poolside or at the vintage-inspired Mixer while enjoying “paw-fectly” chilled beverages and bites from Divebar, a retro cocktail den featuring a self-pour beverage wall. This event takes place on the hotel’s pool deck with two sessions: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 4-9 p.m.
