For one day only, guests can savor the newly unveiled Thanksgiving menu, designed to elevate the holiday’s traditional flavors, available exclusively on Thursday, Nov. 28.

Nestled in the heart of Islamorada, Pierre’s offers a stunning setting paired with a thoughtfully crafted holiday feast. Guests can begin their meal with a choice of three starters, including the delicate Duck Confit & Foie Gras Terrine, the refreshing Yellow Tuna Tartare, or the savory Escargot Vol Au Vent.

For the main event, diners can can choose traditional options like the juicy Thanksgiving Roast, served with yukon gold puree, maple roasted sweet potato, green beans and brussel sprouts almondine, or the Slow Roasted Turkey Breast, served with cranberry sauce, sage and onion stuffing and chestnut gravy. Those lookings to switch things up can also opt for the Truffled Gnocchi, served with sauteed wild mushrooms, florida corn and buche de chevre, or the Bouillabaisse à la Keys, which offers a selection of locally caught fish and spiny lobster in a rich seafood broth with rouille and croutons.

And what’s Thanksgiving without dessert? Diners may choose between comforting picks like Pumpkin & Toffee Pecan Pie with toasted marshmallows, or more decadent options like Pierre’s Key Lime Pie with graham cracker crust, coconut cream and fresh berry coulie.
