MATADOR ROOM at The Miami Beach EDITION warmly welcomes you to taste the sophisticated palette of the carefully curated Miami Spice menu this year for both Brunch and Dinner. Inspired by its rich history and 1950s glamor, world-renowned Chef Jean-George Vongerichten has reinvented the iconic MATADOR ROOM with reimagined menus that offer his interpretation of Caribbean, Spanish, and Latin and South American cuisines. For brunch, enjoy Avocado Toast on seven grain bread or a nutritious Vanilla Chia Bowl. For mains, try Eggs Benedict on a white corn arepa or a BLT Taco with house-cured bacon. Indulge in desserts like Cafe con Tres Leches or a Cherry Cheesecake Sundae with sour cherry sorbet.

At MATADOR ROOM’s Miami Spice dinner, savor appetizers like:

  • Maitake Mushroom and Goat Cheese with Fresno Pepper Vinaigrette, or
  • South Pacific Kampachi Crudo with green chili dressing and crunchy rice, or
  • Newly added fan favorite Black Truffle and Fontina Cheese Pizza.

For entrees, try:

  • Newest addition to the menu, Glazed Short Rib Taco with Habanero Relish, and Crunchy Onions, or
  • Charred Octopus with Calabrian vinaigrette and fava beans, or
