“Leap Into The Future” this leap day at the Miami Children’s Museum 2020 Be A Kid Again Gala and After Party which is considered to be the most unique and playful event of the South Florida social season. The Miami Children’s Museum “Leap Into The Future” 2020 Be A Kid Again Gala is scheduled for Saturday, February 29th (Leap Year Day) at 6:30pm and will be located at Soho Studios, 2136 NW 1st Ave in the arts district of Wynwood.
This year’s theme, Leap Into The Future, pays tribute to the Museum’s past while looking towards the future with the Museum’s first gala chairs from 2004, Laurie and Stephen Riemer whom have joined forces with the next generation Gerry Schwartz, Paul Riemer, Brittany Waserstein and Brian Riemer.
The Be a Kid Again Gala features exceptional entertainment, cocktails provided Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirts, culinary experiences unlike any other and luxurious auction. This year’s live auction includes a 1 year lease of a Jaguar I-PACE provided by Warren Henry Auto Group, a 7 night stay at a Jamaica estate and more. Guest are encouraged to explore their creativity and flaunt their fancy and futuristic cocktail attire. The party continues during the Play After Dark After Party from 10 pm to 1 am where Miami’s young philanthropists join the gala goers for a night of celebration. All funds raised for the event will directly support the Museum’s educational programs that provide children in our community with school readiness and life skills they need for a successful future.
