For years, Miami Beach’s not-so-hidden gem Macchialina has served as the go-to spot for simply perfect, rustic Italian fare for locals and visitors alike. Now, South Florida’s beloved Chef Michael Pirolo is opening his doors for an intimate group of passionate pasta fans to share his carefully honed tips and tricks for crafting his most popular pastas at home. Enjoy some vino and Golden Era hip-hop tunes as Pirolo, a James Beard Award semi-finalist who was born in Queens, NY and raised in Italy, guides you through the secret steps that make his handmade pastas the most mouthwatering treat on Miami Beach.  Following the interactive class, stick around for a lunch prepared by maestro Pirolo himself to catch a taste of pasta perfection.
