Hosted by Festival friend, Burger Bash® winner, and acclaimed restaurateur Josh Capon, this evening will ignite your palate with delicious delicacies from the sea paired with the smooth sensation of wines. Capon – the executive chef/partner behind Downtown New York, NY favorites Lure Fishbar (whose Miami outpost will host this mid-afternoon soirée), B&B Winepub, El Toro Blanco and Bowery Meat Company – will be joined at his bustling restaurant inside the Loews Miami Beach hotel by fellow friends and chefs to ensure a smooth sailing party is enjoyed by all!
