Among the events taking place during the festival, SEED takes the opportunity to show some local love by bringing together local chefs, purveyors and farms to host the Made in Miami Farm-to-Table Dinner. The dinner will take place at the Surfcomber on November 5th, 2016 at 7:30pm.
Guests will savor the delicious creations of well-known Miami chefs as they each pair up with a local farm to consciously curate a truly local, sustainable, plant-based five-course meal complimented with local craft cocktails and organic wine.

In addition, the farmers and purveyors also will be guests at the dinner, allowing other diners to truly make a connection them.
Participating chefs and their local farm partners at the entirely plant-based Made in Miami dinner include
- Brad Kilgore of Alter and Brava with Local Roots, a Florida farm-to-table purveyor
- Brian Nasajon of Beaker & Gray with SunFresh Farms
- Nicole Votano of DIRT with Swank Farms
- Cesar Zapata of Phuc Yea! with Harpke Farms and
- Blair Wilson of Surfcomber Social Club with Paradise Farms.
Tickets to the Made in Miami Farm-to-Table dinner are $135 early bird and $145 regular price and can be purchased at www.seedfoodandwine.com. Surfcomber is located at 1717 Collins Ave., Miami Beach, FL 33139.
