With a new name change come new tenants to the Miami Towers, formerly Bank of America Towers at International Place. The new tenants are bakery and cafe’, Au Bon Pain, Daniel David Custom Clothier, the American Arbitration Association, law firm VerPloeg & Lumpkin PA and pharmaceutical supplier One World occupying 9,519 square feet of leased space. The UBS Financial Service will also occupy 34,536 square feet of office space valued at $7.5 million in the iconic skycraper.
