Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood will hold a culinary job fair on Monday, November 3 for its new Japanese restaurant scheduled to open December 2014. Over 100 positions are available to be filled by qualified candidates.
The AAA Four Diamond-awarded resort is searching for talented, service-driven individuals to fill positions at its latest endeavor – a contemporary, new-style Japanese restaurant, which is expected to open in the coming months. The opening team will be responsible for creating a new and unique dining and entertainment experience for restaurant guests.

WHO: New positions include chefs, cooks, restaurant servers, bartenders, hostesses, cocktail servers and other restaurant/lounge team members.
