The Minority Chamber of Commerce is hosting its premier EB-5 investment conference next August 2 at the Double Tree Airport Hotel in Miami, Florida. Immigration and investment experts as well as senior public officials join to discuss how the Green Card program can unlock foreign capital and incentivize investment through the Federal EB-5 Program.

The conference will provide the latest market, legal, and economic information and updates to project developers, regional center executives, immigration, and legal professionals within the EB-5 industry. Given the current condition of the credit market, EB-5 may be the answer for businesses without traditional capital options.

“This promises to be a great premier on the EB-5 program for those who are looking to invest in businesses and create jobs,” said Minority Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Doug Mayorga. “We have seen a growing interest in EB-5 as an available and expedient source of capital. Now we want to help cities in South Florida by shedding light on the process.”

The conference will provide clear and practical information for:
Developers and business owners interested in EB-5 capital
Attorneys specializing in immigration and business
Current and prospective EB-5 Regional Centers

Designed to prepare attendees to take advantage of the EB-5 program, conference topics include: How to prepare your business for EB-5 investment; How to develop an EB-5-compliant business plan; Presentations by legal entities involved in EB-5 transactions; The importance of an EB-5 Regional Center designation; and, What individual investors must submit to invest in a business (I-526 Visa Petition). The conference will also present new advanced topics including EB-5 workshop timing and process.

For more information or to register, visit the Minority Chamber of Commerce website at www.conferencesinvestor.org. Fees for the full-day event start at $199. Space is limited.
