The tour announcement comes on the heels of Lake revealing details of his highly-anticipated new album earlier this week (4/2) at an exclusive Record Reveal show at The Riviera Theater on King St. in his hometown of Charleston, SC. The intimate show was also live streamed to Lake’s social media platforms, with thousands of fans watching at home from across the country and internationally. Prompted by the overwhelming fan-demand for songs Lake initially released in the back half of 2024, the GMA Dove Award-winning artist revealed the full album details first to fans watching the show, turning it back on his fans both as a thank-you and to have them help be a part of the new album’s official announcement.

In addition to sharing the new album’s official name, King of Hearts, and its release date of June 13th, Lake also unveiled the album’s cover art and the 16-song official track list—all co-written by Lake—including two songs that have been fan-favorites since the beginning. Released in 2024, “That’s Who I Praise” and “Hard Fought Hallelujah” have continued to be in high demand since Lake initially teased them on socials. Garnering over 30k TikTok/Instagram creations by the time it actually released (Nov 2024), “Hard Fought Hallelujah” has continued to find an audience with more than 5.5 million streams per week. The song, which has a follow-up version released in February featuring Jelly Roll, also debuted at #51 on the Billboard Hot 100 Chart and is currently #1 at Christian Radio this week (Mediabase). The breakthrough Grammy and Dove winning singer/songwriter has over 2.5 billion career streams to date, including 21 million streams per week Globally.
